This is verry strange.
After two messages sent via their site message board being ignored & now a email address I sent a message to has also been ignored about the £6 survey I took speaking to a woman for 40 mins, over night I have had every single pending survey cleared up to two days ago
even ones as far back as October & as close as three days ago
So all the surveys we do on this site that stay pending for weeks/months can aparently as if by magic be cleared all in one go even if its only been completed three days ago.

I mentioned in an earlier post on this thread that I had a survey pending from September. I sent an email to support and the status changed to earned a mere two days later so it does seem as though things only get sorted if you get onto them!
