You'll find a lot of survey companies using each other to host their surveys. The difference is that whilst you may have only got $1 (or 61p) for doing the survey on surveyhead, you may have actually got screened out of the survey on the other site you mention.

Look at it this way, its 61p that you didnt have and puts you "that" bit closer to cashing out on surveyhead

Does anyone know how long it takes for the $1 surveys to be credited? All the higher value surveys I've done for Surveyhead have been credited but none of the $1 surveys?

I have the opposite experience to the other poster with these surveys - surveys that are $1 on Surveyhead are usually only 10p for me on Ciao.

All of mine are usually somewhere between 4 and 8 weeks regardless of value, although I've got one still pending from September(!) for around £1.54 (not sure of the $ equivalent for that!). If it's gone over 6-8 weeks, maybe try sending support an email. I've done that for mine but had no reply yet.

I really like this site. Yes they are slow to clear the pending surveys that you have completed but eventually you do clear them & get a payment to paypal after a four week wait from when you claim the money.

BUT I have done a survey for them which after completing a few questions I was put through to a woman who I spoke to for 40 mins with a promise of being payed £6. After I had the congratulations screen the pending amount came up as £1.22. This has now been cleared.

I have contacted them three times through their contact us message board on their site with no sucsess. I even got their email address & sent a message about this that way but still no luck.

So my feeling is now, don't do anything more than the survey you clicked on because someone got 40 mins of my time for free. And don't bother messaging them because you wont get a reply save your energy

Luckyone, whenever I've had to email them I've had replies so hopefully they'll get back to you and talk sense soon!

Redeemed another $20 last night so just waiting for that to come through and have about $8 pending.

I've had a few like that - I even had one which I've been credited for this week which was the first one I ever did on the site and had given up on getting (about 6 months ago now).

I've tried emailing them about their affiliate scheme before and am still waiting for reply and this was months ago
  • I've waited for 4 months for a payment to go through, contacted them once before about it and just done so again. Hopefully they'll sort it this time
