Avon looney tunes merry go round idiots!!!

Oh this company is driving me nuts!!!

What a pile of rubbish customer service, i sent stuff back about six months ago. Two months later i had not recieved any refund, i called and they credited some stupid amount back which did not add up to what they say i was owed.

So i contacted them n they said they owe me £100 plus, this was never paid in and then they decided to start saying id been refunded the lot. I sent them my postage reciept and then after that i sent my bank account info off.

Then they started to say they cant deal with this anymore i have to send the info off in writing. So I did and now i have just rang them to see if they recieved the letter and low and behold they cant even tell me if they had recieved the letter?? They cant even give me another address can send a letter off too. However they have advised me it will be dealt with in a week, but how i dont know?? lets see what happens....

If ne one has any advise or a address for the managing director it will be appreciated as been on this for 6 months now!!

    Avon update - ok yeah i sent the gunf off too Avon, u guessed it no reply. I rang n spoke to the overseas parrot centre to no avail. They promised me it will be sorted in a week, i asked them if they recieved the letter, they could not tell me. I asked how can they sort it if they dont know if they have recieved my letter? Bit beyond this one........

    NE how i nearly had a heart attack after all the shouting i was doin, just nearly 3 months for few simple answers off a few simple people.

    However, I recieved an email the other day expaling how much i should have been refunded to my ccount which is no where near what they previously said, but is in fact the correct figure! They are going to now look into it as my bank statement does not match what they actioned there accounts department to refund. Never............

    Ok - here is the latest on this companies total incompetance (?)

    Lady rang me the other day, apparently the lady dealing with my case has now left?

    So it goes like this..... How much do we owe you? and what for???

    I think somehow we are taking a step backwards here. I had to advise this lady that they sent me an email stating how much refund i was due, i sent bank statements showing how much i'd actually been paid and the c/s advised me that the accounts department need to look into why i have not been paid.

    IS IT THAT DIFFICULT??

    Ne how, off we go again, what do we owe u for. Now come on chuck I just told you and you told me and we agreed that u have recieved all my stuff back and how the heck am i supposed to know what u have paid me for and what u have not? Obviously there syystem should say this.... In fact it dont matter, as above they told me how much they owe me and know they not paid me enough.

    not sure if the lady on the phone was getting this, in fact she never had a copy of my emailed or posted proof! God only knows what they have done to that? Ne how i had a rant saying im going take them court as its been over 3 months and she advised me i'd be wasting my money as its not there fault!!!!

    OMG OMG - i think they must be like feeding AVON staff with funny pills as they don't appear to have a clue... totally clueless and stupid to boot..

    I've a feeling the next instalation of this series will be that they dint owe me money they have paid it me all!! Or they dont owe me that much at all!!!!

    To be continued in 5 days - hopefully - pray for my sanity

    my avon lady quit a couple of months ago, similar issue as her returns weren't credited correctly and they said she owed them. Never had a problem with them when i was doing avon but that was about 10yrs ago. things must have changed, sadly. :(
  • It sounds to me that you have been ranting at Avon a lot and in fairness, that isn't going to solve anything. You say that the lady who originally dealt with your case has now left, so how could you possibly expect the person who has taken over your case to deal with it if you won't help her with the facts? It is inconvenient and annoying, but perhaps if you made some sort of bullet point list of their/your actions, with dates she might be able to get to the bottom of it. If you want to take them to court, you will have to find out this information anyway to present to the court.

    is one week on and i had too phone, nonthing has been done, lady called back said on the case too se why i have not been refunded? Said would contact me, advised i keep ringing as she did not knoe when, maybe monday - how long does it take to check why a refund has not been paid into the bank - its been 3 mnths now!

    ok now i had a phone call last week from a lady who had taken over my complaint, she promised to put me the £101.46p back into my account and sent me a rank smelling gift set for my troubles.

    I just knew they couldn't get it right, just knew it!! Been to the bank today and they have only paid in £67.86p; £33.60p short.

    I have phoned again, spoke to the lady who actioned the accounts to pay me the figure agreed and she does not know why they have paid me less.... oh my oh my oh my

    please pray 4 my sanity!!!!!!!!!!

    Ok The Avon lady does not know why i have been paid short, but promised me my £33 will be refunded......

    GUESS WHAT - YEAH U GUESSED IT!! THEY COCKED UP AGAIN!!!!!!

    Only £28 refunded, anyways i am like cutting my losses here cos it wud cost me approx £5 on the phone get this £5 back.....
