lost car hire deposit

in Motoring
whilst on business in sweden recently i was involved in a minor car accident. the back of the car i was driving was run into. there is no dispute with regard to fault, the other driver has admitted blame.
however, my deposit has not been refunded to my credit card. has anyone any advise as to what action i can take?

Just add the cost of the deposit to your expense report.
