Hope you are all well on this lovely autumn morning. Has anyone heard of the above or had any dealings with them? How would you rate them, good or bad etc?

    They're the loan provider Optical Express uses for their finance options (%0 for 10 months I believe).
    They declined me (to be fair I was only 3 months in the country and hadn't come across site this yet).
    I think they do other hirepurchase agreements for electronics?
  • Yes they are a finance company my sofa's i brough through DFS are with Hitachi Capital, Never had a problem with them and good customer service..

  • Yep I also used them with dfs and got an interest free offer for the sofas.

    Paid them off and all cleared now but never had a problem.
  • Furniture Village also use them. Never had a problem.
  • Thanks folks. Was it all relatively straight forward applying for the finance with them? I'm going to put down a 50% deposit and then opt for 12 months interest free I think. Would I need to take any supporting documents with me? I'venever aplpied for retailer finance before so unsure what to take with me x x
