  • Feel really bad today, i don't get paid until Thursday and i have £20 to buy food and 3 days worth of petrol i work an hour away from where i live so i get through petrol quickly, because of this my boyf bought my half of the food for the week and i've had to buy my petrol out of our joint account!! i'm so glad we have our own accounts and then a joint aco!!!! for our bills or we would both be skint!! when i get home tonight i'll set up a payment for the petrol to come out of my account on friday!
  • well i'm on half term at the moment so i'm trying to have as many no spend days as possible, and i'm eating out the cupboards and freezer was pay day on thursday and i threw £350 at my debts and i'm hoping to throw some more before the next pay day although i am aware of xmas coming up and i have been including some presents in my weekly shop :)

    well done for facing up to your debts and the payments you've made. Perhaps look at the special occasions board for ideas on thrifty presents for xmas.

  • I've managed to update my totals today whihc felt good but i know there is still along way to go!! hope everyone is doing well xx
  • Well i went in for a chat with my bank today and they have offered to balance transfer my 2 cards onto theirs at 0% for 13 months which means i will be debt free CC wise quicker than i thought because at the moment i'm paying interest on my cards. because i'll be paying less over the life time of the card i will pay the spare cash into my overdraft fund to help pay that off.... the Boyf can wiat a little longer lol :)
