Just discoveed from browsing their website that I could be getting this for free. I have been paying £2.50 a month ever since joining over 2 years ago. It's now called "Privacy Pack" and their excuse for continuing to charge exisiting subscribers is that they "don't automatically move exisiting customers to the new service".

I recommend exisitng customers check their account page on the website. There is a page where you can add or remove add-on services.- by deselecting Caller ID and selecting Privacy Pack, you should save money.

Talk Talk have only had the Privacy Pack option for a few months so you have not lost out that much! BT have the same policy about not telling existing paying Caller ID customers of their free Caller ID.

    Hi bcl999,

Caller display was priced at £1.50 until recently when all select service prices were increased. TalkTalk have also introduced Prvacy Pack which offers a caller display service free of charge. You can opt in for this service using My Account or you can request it through customer services/the TalkTalk Members forums.

    Cheers
