transferring email addresses from computer on OE to computer on MO vista

Hi, can anyone tell me how to transfer email address book from one computer on outlook express to another computer using vista on microsoft outlook or to windows mail

File, export, address book and then import into the new e-mail client.

Whats email client? and how does it transfer from one computer xp using outlook express to the other computer vista using microsoft outlook or windows mail.

An e-mail client is the application that you use to send/receive/store your e-mails on your PC. e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Windows Mail etc.

If you export your address book, you can then transfer this file to another machine via a flashdrive, CD, even via an e-mail attachment, so that you can then import it into your e-mail client on that machine. Simples!
