Hi - not sure I'll get any joy with this but I'm reet browned off.
Bought Guitar Hero 5 + guitar, from Powerplay Direct- clearly stated on the website that I'd get free Guitar Hero WorldTour game as well (and also said on my order confirmation).
Guess what - it all arrived apart from the free game. Emailed them and said "where's me freebie?".Just got a reply saying that they'd run out and that I could send it back for a refund if I wanted (cheers!).
Do I have any comeback - apart from not shopping there again. I've played the game so guessing I can't send it back?

As they've said you can send it back for a refund I don't imagine theyd have a problem with the fact you've played it. How long ago did you get it?
If they haven't got stock they haven't got stock, not a lot they can do other than offer you a refund. I guess you could say to them you'll keep it if they send you a copy of world tour when they do get stock.0
