Reclaim for a second time?

Hi,
About 2 years ago I reclaimed approx £3,000 of charges from Natwest however, in the last 6 months I have been charged £78 each month in charges which I just can't afford to get myself out of.
My question is: Is it possible to claim these charges back if I have already once reclaimed charges from this bank?
Thanks in advance
Dan
