Hi folks, I've just taken a job in the Eurozone which will start in October. I'm not planning to stay there beyond the 3 years and was wondering where I stand in terms of savings accounts in the UK. I know I will not be able to put money into an ISA but will I be charged tax on the savings account I have in the UK?

It would be helpful to know which country you will be in; but most countries charge tax on worldwide income and gains. Therefore you will probably be paying tax on all investment returns, whether in a regular savings account or wrapped in an ISA.0
