hiya i aint sure if this is the right place to ask a question but i will go ahead and if a moderator can move it to the right section i would be grateful. anyway my question is.. i went to a webiste and i purchased some computer memory and as i did so there was no price listed for the computer memory i purchased 10 ddr2 800 memory and paid for the postage through paypal which was £2.89.. does the site still have to honor the sale as its not my fault there was a price error on the website.. and i paid for the item straight away.
can you guys let me know where i stand ..
Thanx :T

You purchased something with no price listed?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
yeah the price was £0.00 i have the email to confirm it ..
DDR2 Memory
(DDR2 Memory Module: 2GB 800MHZ)
10 £0.00 £0.000 -
Ahhh.
The site does not have to honour it, no, as it's a genuine mistake. But they can't charge you the full amount without your consent, that would be theft.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. It's a clear and obvious mistake which you've tried to take advantage. As the previous poster stated they do not have to honour the sale.0

lol well it was worth a try :-p)0

If you'd ordered 1 or 2, they may have even honoured it or offered it to you at a discounted rate. As you've obviously tried to take advantage by buying loads to sell on at a profit they're unlikely to do this.
