N Power bill
Hi,
I recently got my N-Power bill and we were paying £80 a month by DD and recieved the bill and it say we owed £1000 on our bill, so i rang them and they said that they would advise us to put our bill up to £210. I am wanting to switch suppliers as I have checked and seen that N-power is very high and going with another supplier will lower our bills. But the problem is I still owe the money to N-power so wondering what I can do and if I switch would I have to pay the remaining balance to n-power??

You will have to pay the outstanding balance before switching as npower can and will block the switch.0

Check the readings on the bills are not estimated readings first. If they are then see if the actual meter readings are higher or lower this will give you a truer picture of whether you owe money and how much.0
