licit legal

hey all x
i had employed the services of licit legal to reclaim my bank charges ( did not know you guys existed at the time) any way they have gone into liquidation, another company sprung up with the same MD adrian whitehurst. first step legal ltd, they sent me a letter asking to sign a nw agrrement with them as they had taken over ll lltd i did not sign anything and ignored them i just thought woo hoo i am free of them x they have also gone into liquidation, but i am now in a worsening posistion financially and i am on incap benefit and want to see if i can apply for harship, but i do not have any copies of bank statements etc these companies should have had them, i am not sure what to do now as i need figures etc to put in my letters to the bank.
any suggestions much appreciated x
