Good savings account short term

Hi All,
Wonder if someone can give me any advice. I am in process of receiving £12 -15k and wish to put this into a savings account that I can access if needed but am willing to give notice of around 3 months.
I have just left my workplace and am looking for work but will probably relocate (hence why I'd need money out before the 12 months). The amount would be put towards a deposit on a house when I completed my probation with a new employer. In meantime I will work temporarily but on a lower wage until I get a similar job to what I was doing.
I have already set up an ISA for this year @ £250 per month as this had a better rate than £3k lump sum. As I'm not currently earning, most of the Banks / BS 10% regular savings will not be viable as I'm not being paid via BACS to them.
Also if I'm unsuccesful in getting a decent job before October, I will emigrate (got to either do this during this year or never) and would need to be able to move the money then too.
Can anyone recommend any decent savings accounts, I have looked and seen a few that I can put up to £1k per month into so I could drip feed into. I was intending to boost the figures in the Halifax account I had but it's just matured this week so that's out of question too!
I am also thinking of putting some into NSI account, and threaten to remove the £3k I have in it already as every time I request information I seem to win another £50! :j
Any suggestions gratefully received.

ICICI is offering 5.03 / 5.15 AER - could be a good one to go for? I just opened mine with no problems, all within a week. Then again, if you are earning £50 a week with NS&I, sounds a better deal ;o)

Thanks - will give them a try.
I only get the £50 win with premium bonds every time I threaten to take all my bonds out, which I should try again now really! Might be more succesful this time!0
