Well I just got off the phone with HFC and there sending me a settlement figure out in the post, I have enough funds to pay it off in full it will mean living on a tight budget for the month of June but looking at how much I'm going to save it will be worth it 
Also means I will free up about £35 a month which isn't a lot but I think I'm going to throw it in my ISA each month and then whatever's in there by Oct can be used against my Credit Card which is currently interest free.
I can now breath a sigh of relief
