Ah! this time the terms & conditions of the offer is quite elaborate & not as good as the one from dvd.co.uk.

This time you will receive 2 x £10 Sendit.com vouchers NOT a £20 voucher. The vouchers can only be used on 2 separate orders, each order must be valued at £10 or more. So if you fancy something worth £15 for example you'll have to fork out an extra fiver. This time the vouchers will only be sent after you've requested your first DVD rental.

Lots of moaning here, mainly from people who've not read the terms and conditions and/or people who got a bit greedy and left it until about Day 18 before cancelling. I made a selection of 10 titles, as soon as 1 was sent out, I cancelled and returned the dvd...all done and dusted in about 4 days, and the voucher arrived a couple of days later. Easy.

Go to My Account and click on Cancel...and follow the instructions. Takes about 10 seconds to do! :T

My wife registered for an account yesterday. I'll ask her to try your way & see what happens. Thanks.

Got my £20 voucher to spend almost straight away, got a selection of dvds and music and books (even more savings on the books as they were in the clearence selection!!) but...... I had followed a link after signing up for the free trial which looked like you had an option to choose how many dvds you wanted after the free trial was up, it didn't explain that if you clicked this option straight away it would null and void your free trial and they took the £5.99 out of my account. I have to say that it was partly my fault as I had n't read it through quite properly but like I said it wasn't made very clear and after you've clicked so many boxes ect, to sign up, it's easy to get confused....SO BEWARE!!!!

I agree with the person who said Screenselect are scum - I made a selection of titles, but only received 2. I admit I forgot to cancel, so i was charged for a month from 4th May, but my 'free trial' was for nowhere near 21 days - I would have to have watched them straight away and sent straight back - didn't have time to do that

As for using the £20 voucher - it's extremely ambiguous as to how it can be used
No doubt one of you unsympathetic savvy 'moneysavers' will say it's my own fault, but i won't be falling for this online DVD rental scam again - i could probably have bought the 2 dvds for £12.49 in a sale, to keep

Are the vouchers delivered by post or email? And from screen select or sendit? I joined up for the free trial last week and have got 3 DVDs through. Should I cancel now and send them back?

The first DVD was delivered very quickly after registration & selecting 10 titles. We are about to received the 2nd DVD. No sign of £20 vouchers yet but they have replied to me by email saying the voucher will sent sent by post within 30 days. I will wait until I rent 4 DVD's or before 20 days before cancelling. Cancelling is quite straightforward but be warned that they try to get you to stick with them by offering other offers during cancellation online.
