I am with Eon and after having central heating fitted, i decided i no longer need to use my economy 7 tariff and switched to a standard tariff. It never occured to me at the time, but should i be getting a new meter installed? Eon never mentioned it to me, but would that be better or should i just add my two readings together when providing my meter readings.

Hi annettetabs, :hello:
There’s no need for your meter to be changed, the readings are simply added together.
When you take the readings do so as you do at present and we will do the adding together. For example if you send readings via your online account, it will still ask for the day and night readings separately. So make sure you put both in.
