I tried to download ccleaner and ewido from the malware/spyware removal guide but it says they cannot download.

Anyone any ideas as to why this may be happening???

can you get someone else to download the software to disk then install it from there ??

have you tried turning off all Macafee for a second to see if it still crashes ?? (turn Windows Firewall ON for a second for security while you do this)

    Hi

Panda is an antivrus i run sometimes from the internet, it does not run from my system.

When i disabled mcafee, outlook did not crash, although it is still incredably slow and i cannot delete messages as it takes about 5 minutes to delete one. I still cannot run cleanup or download ewido or ccleaner?

ooohh...just thought....if you have the office disks does it not offer a "Repair" if you put the disk in ?

make sure you export all your data safely somewhere else before doing this just in case
