Gas boiler and gas fire service.
Hello, We are having our 1 year old gas boiler and 1 year old gas fire serviced for the first time this week. Can someone tell me how long this takes.?Will all the radiators need to be checked and will I need to clear out the airing cupboard for access to hot water tank and timers.? Does the gas fire need to be checked every year?. We do have a carbon monoxide detector in the same room as the gas fire.
