VERO cancelled listings but not fake?!

I sell a certain brand of items and have been doing so with no problems for the last few years. All are genuine items. However Ebay are pulling about one listing a week due to their VERO program saying they might be fake and not to relist them without getting in touch with them first! They are being pulled straight after being listed using Turbo Lister before they even go live so I am guessing its some kind of automatic thing. I keep e-mailing them back but they just send me a long list of reasons why they might be pulled under the VERO program without actually explaining why. The thing is I have lots of similar items which are listed and sell no problem. Is there anything I should know??

Is it an item that requires permission from the manufacturer to be an official vendor for?

Do you have some sort of documentation you could provide ebay stating that you have permission to sell it?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

They are all very low value items which never sell for more than £10. There are fakes but they are very easy to spot. How do you find out if you need permission from the vendor to sell? Loads people sell them on Ebay.

The cost of them doesn't matter some companies get very funny about there goods being sold by unauthorised sellers

As cyberbob said, cost is irrelevant, and some companies require people to have an official license to sell.

GHD is a good example; on their web page they specifically say who sells them gets their listing pulled.

Are these items supplied to you directly from the manufacturer? Do they come with some sort of certificate stating that they are 100% genuine?

The products that the company I work for are often for sale on ebay, but should only really be bought through our genuine outlets. The people selling them claim they are genuine, although I have no idea where they'd source them from, and they certainly didn't come from us, so there's no way they could have an authenticity certificate in their name!
