well, it means i can have a full portion of spaghetti bolognais, but i'd need to have a 1/3 of a plate of salad, or veggies/fruits as well from a specific list.

Thank you hunny, I am feeling loads better. Was a combination of things-miss my family something fierce right now, an anniversary of something that caused a wobble, etc but loads of tears and knowing I am loved by many wonderful supportive friends (that you means you lot) got me thru it.

I am strong like bull!

You can move files - like photos etc there - but not applications like Word.

Well, not unless you want to uninstall, then re-install.

The alternative is to just delete some shiit...
