    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    OMG my telly is driving me mad :eek:

    It's got telly tourettes, keeps squeaking and making awful noises. Picture keeps freezing too. Other channels wont broadcast at all. Paying £40 a month for this Sky rubbish :mad:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    Sort of, its a mahoosive document with titles of Main job purpose, Main responsibilities and duties, knowledge and skills etc etc
