Any good scanners for large negs ?

Hi folks,
I have been looking for a reasonably priced scanner for scanning hundreds of old negatives I've never developed.
I was looking at the Plustek Opticfilm 7200 which is approx £115, which looks really good value, but I've got load of old 120 and 127 negatives and this scanner will only do 35mm which I'd like to do also.
Does anybody know of a suitable scanner that will scan all these different size negs.
Thanks

The Plustek Opticfilm 7200 is a dedicated film scanner for 35mm. Usually dedicated film scanners for larger film formats are very expensive. Perhaps your best option is to look for a flat bed scanner capable of scanning negatives, quality not as good as a dedicated scanner but can offer excellent results.

If you are quick there is a couple of very good large/med format film scanners coming up on ebay.co.uk Search for "Film Scanner"

I had a similar problem, with a lot of 120 negs. In the end I got an Epson 2400, which came with a 35mm neg and slide carrier. For 120 I made my own carrier from card which works quite well. OR, if you are cropping your 120 negs you can use the 35mm slide carrier - but its a bit fiddly !

The other option is to buy a dedicated 120 scanner which I believe are around, but you are then talking serious money.

I don't think that model is capable of scanning mediium format type film?
    Although Epson make great Scanners!

You could get them scanned professionally. It might be cheaper than getting a dedicated large format scanner if you are only going to want to do it the once.
    Or
Get them printed and scan the prints.
If they are B&W you could print them yourself as contact prints and then scan the contacts.
You'd only need a tray and developer and fix and some B&W paper(I think you can still get multigrade) and a bit of glass to hold the neg down while exposing.
