Metro center parking ticket

I am disabled and yesterday we visited the metro center and got a ticket for parking in a disabled bay without a badge, I know that its a private ticket thats unenforcable but what can we expect?
My badge was disaplayed.
Will we get a letter because we wont pay?

it wont go to court
safe to ignore it
they can only take you to court for expenses and as the metro centre is a free car park then this is exactly £0.00

Thats what Ive told my OH (we were in his car), his first instinct was to write and explane that I am disabled and have a badge.

Its Town and City parking LTD BTW, a scottish company by there address.

ooooh i got one off them in asda in spennymoor
touch wood ive had no further letters after the third from some dodgey soundy DCA/solictor pay now or we will take you to court blah blah
