You can make that easily pigpen I have every faith in you, you did something like that before didn't you - vaguely remember something, and did it no probs.

Well, I've spent the last 20 mins with my head in the oven, got the oven shelf steeping in bio powder and am just waiting for it to dry so I can put some tin foil on the floor of it, wont make it better but it'll stop it becoming worse.

Loaded the DW so that's churning away, S&S'd the kitchen benches and hung some washing on the rads.

Couldn't face doing a visualisation last night, all I could do was think about you all.

OH sent me a text last night which I got this morning when I switched the phone on. Couldn't bear to read it. Nothing new apart from wait and see how I feel in a week. I think he thinks I will feel differently by then.

Can't be bothered to wash up yet. Might try later on. Really want to keep the house tidy and not live in a hovel. Can't find the motivation to do anything yet

    Morning all

Just got to finish my dailies and check my list. Flying this morning, pilates this afternoon.

Jill - you could try painting it with that new skin stuff but that stings along for the first 30 minutes. I find the new expensive hydrocoloid (sp) plasters work well on things like burns and blisters so that might be an idea.

Mudders - hope you are all ok
