tesco credit card appl fault?

Hello, ive just applied for a tesco clubcard credit card online and when i finished the application and clicked next the page flashed up with a fault and said to close the broser so i had no responce. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and is making me think it has been declined???? I dont see how but you never know. Any help much appreciated.

I applied in store as they were giving a free £5 voucher if you are accepted.0

Worked fine for me a couple of weeks ago and was instantly accepted online.0
