I've just been accepted for a Very account with a £600 limit -yay  My file must be getting better as they refused me 6 months ago.
Anyway in my excitement I chose a Saturday delivery and it's coming up as a higher postage charge. Is there any way they will change this to a normal delivery on a week day? Didn't relalise it cost more for a weekend delivery.
Any ideas?

Thanks, yes she's cancelled the order so I can reorder if I want... But I only wanted to purchase something to try and help my application... Seems to have worked! May order something I really need later on in the month

Hmm, not quite sure how it works as she's cancelled the order but left the delivery on my account, which defeats the object of cancelling the order! Anyone else had this? May as well get them to reinstate the order as no point paying for delivery of nothing!0

I made an order on my Kays account but decided to cancel it some days later. However, they still delivered the item and I was never charged for it.We’ve had to remove your signature. She's credited the item back to my account, but the delivery charge still remains. Not sure why, I called them about 15 minutes after I placed the order, so surely they can wipe the whole thing? I'd like to buy something this month but don't want to pay for two delivery charges, especially when one isn't needed :rolleyes:0

Just to update this in case someone else finds it useful. I rang back and the woman has taken off the postage charge :beer:0
