Help with ombudsman letter

had a 10k loan with alliance and leicester ends in april 2010.Have paid 2220.00 in ppi.Had 1 claim July 2007 for 231.53 1 month off work.A/L have wrote back saying not misold due to my claim.have phoned them to cancel ppi for last 6 months but told ppi and intrest come off at start of loan so its all paid up and if i cancel now i will not get any money back and lose insurance anyway.Have phoned financial ombudsman service and the person i spoke to seemed to give me not much chance at all i. he says i need to list other reasons for a refund apart from miss selling can anyone help need the right wording at my wits end.

To what I know of since some issues in the media in regards of PPI, you can still complain even if you had made a successful claim, there is a post or 2 on this site somewhere about this.

Give it another go, even though you made a succesful claim, then whatever reasons you have in this policy, then write them down.

I will try to find the post about this, or maybe if someone else sees your post, they will post up before me hopefully with this info, as I can take a while to find them.....:o.
