paypal issue or buyer issue

i have just sold 3 items on ebay 2 of them have paid fully and money is cleared in paypal however the other payment is saying ON HOLD POST NOW never came across this before any idea's

It might be the 21 day hold. if the money shows but isn't included in your paypal balance then it means the buyer has paid but your money is being held by paypal until either buyer gets item and leaves feedback or 21 days elapses.
