We don't meet the criteria so I can't vouch for what they are like to work with. This is from the FAQ:

Each seller will then get in touch to confirm that your things are on their way, and dispatch them directly to you. No central warehouse, no giant retailer volumes, just you buying direct from those small creative businesses you never seemed to be able to find... until now.

have seen these around but dont seem to have many sales, however we are listed on Etsy which is the same kind of thing and we got sales on the first day of listing.
