Thanks for letting us know! I think we're all waiting for the slimline professional straighteners, well I know I definately am. Incidentally guys its still saying 4 day stock delay so I'm not holding out much hope of getting them by 25th considering there's only 2 days to go!!The world would be a sad place to live with no chocolate!

OMG I'm glad it's not just me! I ordered the GHDs on 9 January and still no sign of them. I wouldn't be half as annoyed if they at least had the decency to reply to my emails. :mad: They weren't so slow to charge my card though.

Know what you mean. I was fuming last week as I'd sent 2 emails in 2 days and had no reply. It was only after my 3rd email threatening a refund if they didn't respond that I had a reply! Now just have to wait and see.

Well, after yet another email to HQ Hair, I FINALLY got a couple of replies from different people. One pointed to the 4 day stock delay, and the other said they are are expecting their delivery to come in no later than today. Who to believe?
They have said they will refund my postage costs as a gesture of goodwill, so it's worth having a good old complain.
One of the replies suggested that I should receive delivery by the end of the week, or the beginning of next week at the latest. Let's see what happens'Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society.'0 -

Yes, lets see what happens! If I haven't received mine by tomorrow as promised then I think I will send them yet another email and see what goodwill gesture they will give me!The world would be a sad place to live with no chocolate!

I emailed them on Friday and I still have not had a reply. Emailed there now again to see if I will get a response this time. Will let yous know if I get any!0

They have just sent me this. Looks like its being sent to everyone who has ordered them.

now.
We have been notified today by GHD that they have been restructuring their
business in the UK and this coupled with the huge demands over the holiday
period have caused these delays. They have assured us that now these changes
