Bumping Threads

Options
Is their a limit or something so that a user who has poised a question isnt allowed to bump their own thread?

As I have bumped a thread a couple of times but my posts have vanished.

Thankyou :)

Why do you feel the need to bump the thread? The last message you posted bumping this one was after you posted that you've found the answer to your question.

It didn't seem like there was any sense in your bump unless you were trying to wind the BG up.

The part in bold on the thread still needs an answer as I dont know what the dates correspond to, as I have never bought from that particular supplier, If it were moved to a (if their is one) Amazon board where someone could answer that, I would be ok with that. :)

I'm sorry. You are not making sense.

You started the thread saying you had lost the amazon page that you wanted. You then posted that you had found the page you wanted.

You have made nearly 300 posts in one week all over the boards in this site, and yet you claim that you don't know what boards are here.

I'm not even going to say in public what I think............

Let me clear up a few points.

    1. Bullying: I abhore bullying on here, and if anyone is seen to be doing so they will have posting priviledges removed. As for BGs doing it - there is no special protection - report them to abuse. However remember there are two sides to every story. If someone is feeling abused in here, it may be due to subtle things we don't know about. If so report it and perhaps take a little time away from the forums to allow yourself and others to calm down. This site is too big to know the ins and out of every relationship.

Please dont tell me what you think, just help with the Amazon dates as thats all I asked for.

    Thankyou

P.S Their is no limit of how many posts can be made in any amount of time.

    Consider reported :)

Its the actual dates by the item it seems the seller may be registering themselves a few times, so im vary wary about buying that battery.

If you click on the top seller, simplybetterpriced all the feedback dates are really really recent and I dont know what it all means, I the seller reputable?

    Thankyou

    Hi Quincy

This seller has over 1100 feedback ratings. If you click on the feedback tab, then you can see that they are not all dated today.

They look like they just sell lots of stuff.

If you look click on the link on the page 92% Positive Ratings you will see the last five feedbacks this seller has received (all in the last day).

If you then click on the link See all feedback, you will see that this seller sells a lot of the same items each day. They are probably a dealer selling a product which accounts for the amount of sales a day.

92% postive will point to not a bad seller. I would trust this one.

For someone that gives out so much techie advice, I'm surprised you couldn't work this out.

Righty oh as long as it seems quite safe that will do me as I saw all of the sales ratings on the same day and it looked iffy to me.

This isnt Techie advice its called buying advice as I am not an Ebayer or Amazonian, if it were Techie I could actually get by.

    ;) Thanks

Big Thanks mrcow, now that I see that they have a lot of ratings because its to do with the amount (volume) that clears up the whole issue of that thread, thankyou for keeping it simple clear and concise.

    Brilliant work :T :T :T

Edit: This thread may vanish or be closed or whatever is deemed best
as I now have all the answers, Thankyou MSE.
