JVC XV-N33 hack code

Hi, I'm new to this forum.
I am after a hack code for JVC XV-33 DVD player to make it region free.

I'm in Cyprus, the player came from the UK, and I have just bought a load of second hand discs which won't play. (Region error).

Thanks in advance.

    Found this on another site:-
This is from JVC's headquarter in Denmark. This should help to get the JVC XV N 33 regionfree:

Without the mainpower, hold the keys "F.SKIP" & "R.SKIP" - Plug in the mainpower maintening the 2 keys pressed, and press the "stand-by" button until the display show
    "REGION **" or "REG **".

Site is here (post os about two-thirds of the way down:-
