joining two greenhouses???
I am a happy bunny today! I have finally got a greenhouse, well I;ve just won it on ebay for £74 for a 6 x 6 with a base!! I think this isn't too bad a price....
Now its a bit smaller than what I want but I figure that I can get another to fit in the space I want, use one for propogation and sowing and the other for growing peppers, toms, cukes etc etc.
NOw my question is can I link them together or would I be better off leaving them separate?
As some of you know I live in a very wild and windy area, so stability is VERY important. I don;t want this one bouncing off over the fields like the last one!!
I've been googling but I can;t seem to find out how to do it.
Has anyone done this? What do you think?

I've seen this done but it was back to back, one door in the front and 1 in the back.
I have 2 wooden ones joined together I've put a door in the middle and use the same set up. I use one section for seedling etc which is a bit of a hot house and the other cooler section for fetching stuff on.
There is a picture in here that shows 2 joined but I can't seem to find it.
Don't get carried away though http://www.greenhousesdirect.co.uk/8ft/images/8x60.jpg0 -
Personally. I would keep them separate. Joining wood greenhouses is easier than aluminium, but even then it could be trickier than it was worth unless the frames matched up, or you put a plywood & batten frame between.0

A friend of mine did it, joined two aluminium greenhouses together, but he had a very flat concrete base to work on and he's brilliant with his hands.
I wouldn't try it, I know how difficult it was to get one to line up so the glass could go inFreedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
