A friends daughter has been given a tenancy by a housing association. There was a prepay meter fitted in the house with the supplier being Manweb Scottish Power. The utility company i work for welcomes Prepayment customers with open arms. That is the first form of payment offered in some circumstances. And our Prepayment prices are exactly the same as our standard prices. Only difference being you don't get any of the discounts that are offered for DD payments etc.
