I bought four foundations 25th september on buy it now for 20 pounds & Free P&P. I went on my won items beginning of october and the the bit where it is ticked where its been sent out wasnt. So i sent the seller a message .. no reply. I waited 4 days still no reply so i sent another message saying I have been patient and had no communication if I do not hear off you by tomorrow I will open a paypal dispute.
I understand sellers are not on 24/7 but I think I have been reasonable enough. Last night I opened a paypal dispute and I will be leaving negative feedback.
Thing is how do I word it? I want to put as much as possible as I would not buy from this seller again as I bought the same items 10 days before from the same seller left positive feedback no problems.
Thanks

Something along the lines of "Items never received, zero communication from seller" should do it
Don't mention the Paypal dispute in the feedback, because it's grounds for removal.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

DEADBEAT! DO NOT BUY FROM WASTE OF SPACE SELLER :rotfl:
or you could go fo the more reserved option but i prefer direct0 -
I just say how it is.
Bad seller. No item recieved. No communication. Stay clear. When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -
I personally never bother ticking off items which have been mailed out - I'm a high volume seller and consider it unnecessary faff. I do however email the customer after payment received to thank them and give a despatch time.
What I'm getting at is don't put too much emphasis whether the fact that it's been ticked off as despatched - after all there's nothing stopping a scammer ticking it with no intentiion of sending the item.

You get the same issue with Paypal printed postage as well. The "print by" date is the next working day after you print the label, and Paypal send the emails on that day. So if you print the label at 8AM on a Monday and post it straight away, it could easily arrive on the Tuesday before the Paypal email arrives.fatherazhara wrote: »very true other problem is, we use selle manager pro and on occasion we have had people email us asking why they have a despatch email as they already have their item....
On the plus side, Paypal automatically mark it as dispatched on your MyEbay when you print the label.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.
