What a shame for you.
I can't think of anyone else that has been on here saying that they have actually purchased land from these scammers, or any of the others operating in the same way.
Where did you buy your land? Was it in small plots?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I haven't and wouldn't.
I don't know this company - but do know that most of these schemes are scams. They often purchase agricultural land that has no prospect of being developed and then resell it and massively inflated prices.
Most major housebuilders already have their own landbanks, or more commonly in the case of farmland, they will simply negotiate an option to purchase it in future if planning permission becomes likely.
If you think you have been misled, maybe you should seek legal advice.0 -
How much land did you buy for your £48,000, how far is it from an adopted, tarmacadamed road and how far is it from the nearest settlement (i.e. village, town)? If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

well I bought land in 2 areas dont want to say to much incase scammers on on here, I have several plots made up of that and I remortgaged to get these funds to make big money in the furure, typical there is no such thing as easy money, SO I take it Im probably the only idiot to invest with them which I did do back in 2006 and have called them since as I was told back in 2007 it was at the point of selling the nthe goverment brought in a roof tax levy at the last minute and the sale didnt go through.:mad::mad: I was called recently about cooperate rediversion as the market was in a bad way and if I invested another 17k minimum then in 3 months i would get a return on all my money but only 3 fold as apose to the 5 to 10 fold if my money was to stay where it is. Does anyone nohow I get out of this mess or if there is someone who has invested and actually made something0

Our village has been a target for these scammers. They bought up fields and created maps of future housing developments. Despite the council saying clearly no houses would ever be built there, and despite land being allocated for new housing on the other side of the village, there is no shortage of mugs handing over large sums of money for these plots. There was a recent TV documentary where people whined about being conned. These same losers would have been happy with our little village becoming a town so they could make a quick buck. The fact they haven't serves them right, and it serves you right. Apparently not one of these landbanking schemes has ever won permission to build houses. The people who run them have already made their money from you and have no interest in developing the land.Been away for a while.0

screwed,
You seem to be a bit of a scam-magnet for quite a rich person.
On THIS THREAD you got cheated by firstdirect or some such advanced fee fraud merchant.
Is this a wind-up or are you really so gullible?
If it's the latter - I have an uncle in Nigeria who needs to move £10m to a UK bank account, there's a lot of money in it for you if you .... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
You're not the only one, these scams have been in existence over 20 yrs.
I don't want to get your hopes up but there is a remote possibility that in few decades the land shortage could be so bad that some of this land may eventually be earmarked for development. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
I know someone who got conned by an Internet scam. Despite everyone telling him it was a scam he sent money. And then despite cheques bouncing and advice to on no account send any more he did so. Ended up owing £40,000 on credit cards and the inevitable bankruptcy could only be regarded as a blessing by those around him as it prevented him accessing credit and repeating his mistakes all over.0
