Kelloggs Free Cereal Promotion

Apologies if in the wrong thread and this is probably more a rant than anything but has anyone else had difficulties claiming a free cereal box (http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/whatson/rewards/) from the supermarket after collecting 3 other cereal boxes and then printing off a voucher online? I've tried the option to get it sent to me by post but this has never come through and the grief I've had to go through for supermarkets to accept my voucher as legible has been huge. Tesco, I am a regular shopper and still only use them due to their overall quality and service, have been the worse culprits in this matter and have rejected at least two of my printed vouchers - only for Asda to accept.

Is this is a common problem?

Waitrose didn't have a clue what the coupon was. I had to point out that they were selling boxes of cereals with the offer plastered all over the front, and they took it then.

I have one sat on my desk in front of me now that I plan on trying at Co-op later sometime. I'll let you know. The print on mine looks fine, btw.

Is the offer still open? I have 20 points still outstanding, so need another 10 for a freebie.

edit: maybe this forum is a better place for these discussions?

Glad I'm not the only one! I think it is still open although October does ring a bell for some reason. I've given up due to the hassle - one till supervisor actually deemed one of my vouchers to be a fake!

I agree with moving the thread but any clues on how to do so?

You should contact Kelloggs: they are using it as an inducement to buy and if it's more hassle than it's worth then it's a bit misleading, IMO.
