Help! Where/What/How to holiday abroad with a large family? (Ie 6 kids )

Somewhere in the costa del sol ?
Booked for 6 of us (all adults now)
Villa 900 (but that is luxury and with a private pool)
Car hire 900 (7 seater with Sixt who have been the cheapest we found)
Flights 900 (flybe, earlier you book with the economy flghts the cheaper it is)
not a massive bargain... but you get what you pay for
We stayed in a mobile home once and when its hot its awful in one of those ! Even with air conditioning as when you have to cook, you turn the whole place in to an oven ! Dont go there unless you are really deperate.

Just book 2 apartments, It will be a lot cheaper than trying to get a room you all fit into. Your eldest 2 are old enough to share a room, as long as its close by.
Have a look at Ryanair flights, Easyjet etc see where you fancy.

Pee

I went on a canal boat on the Canal Du Midi in the south of France with friends. It was a 10 berth boat and there were 8 of us. It takes 4 people in my opinion to man the boat properly, so I think this would be a fun idea - provided you felt comfortable with the younger ones aboard...

It was not expensive, but it was during term time, and we flew down there on Ryanair.
