The legal issues involved mean we’re not there yet, but the full Can You Wipe Out Debts guide will be coming soon.
I haven't seen reference on the site to a recent High Court decision on this subject, so have posted as below, to inform those affected and I hope to assist in the preparation of an MSE Guide.
