Fantastic service from staff at Toys R us (Oxford) yesterday! Small son had spent his Christmas money on a box of Megablocks which turned out to have a vital part missing, after most of the kit had been assembled. Phoned the store, explained the problem and that I live ten miles from store. Very helpful customer service person promised to get said part out to me, and a couple of hours later there was a knock on the door - part personally delivered!! Small son was thrilled and so am I.
