halifax PPI good news!

Hi all, well had the long awaited new loan agreement through the post today, Halifax have recaculated it at the old rate of 6.94%, knocking £35 off the monthly payment. With that and the refund of £1600 plus the remainder of the ppi off the old loan, plus 8% interest, Halifax have given us everything we asked for, what a pleasant surprise for once! So on this occasion Halifax have exceeded our expectations;) My hubby wouldnt have sent off the letter if it wasnt for this site(and some persuading off me:rolleyes:) so thanks again to Martin and the experts.
