I'm sad today. Went on my 'puter last night to download some tunes on my lovely Sony Walkman, but.. when I clicked on the Connect Icon the screen goes all white?! As far as I know I haven't done anything to it, dont thing there's been any bugs/ virus's??Please help i'm devastated am I going to have to load the Connect player disc again- thus loosing me tunes when I plug it in.
I hope this makes sense to you- i'm completley rubbish with things technical. Hoping you can help.

The connect software does have bugs...just search google, I downloaded the newest version and installed that which has given no issues, I'm also running 2 units on the same computer which has caused no problems, I've just got them named differently
Some people are using sonicstage instead of the connect software, it maybe worth you trying that instead.Welcome, rogerramjet.
