Add your feedback to <mobile phone buying companies>

Hello, I have a suggestion for the forum..

I am currently thinking of selling my old mobile phone and used the sites calculator to see who would give me the most for it.

I thought it was great that each site had a thread dedicated to feedback on how good the company were. The only problem is that some sites have loads of feedback, some have none... and its hard to get the general gist of how good a company is sifting through all of the chat.

So I was wondering if each "feedback thread" for each company could be made into a poll such as:

"how would you rate this company"
1 out of 10 - never paid out
3 out of 10 - paid out after a fight to get the money
5 out of 10 - paid out after a reminder
7 out of 10 - paid out without a reminder but was a bit slow
10 out of 10 - paid out within 5 days

or you could do just an overall rating and let people decide what the rating is based on....

It would just help people to quickly see how many people had used each service and what they thought of that service without having to read through 4, 5, 6... pages of comments.

Can it be done MSE? Please :beer:
