I need a little rant...
I was just finishing off christmas shopping on ebay... everything was brilliant. Toys turned up quickly, well wrapped and in excellent condition.
And then it happened!
Yesterday- Got 2 parcels- 1 toy broken, 1 damaged
Today- Got 3 items- 1 broken with bits missing, 1 with 2 bits missing, 1 perfect but i bought the wrong set (but keeping as it wasn't the sellers fault, and i still love it)
Now im dreading the rest of the things coming!!
I feel awful as im writing to all 4 sellers complaining, when i haven't actually had to do it before! Im trying to be as nice as possible, but i know they are probably suspicious (as i am when people write to me complaining!) and are also worried about their feedback. aaahhhhh!!

Hi
Just contact the sellers and advise them of the issues.
If the items have been damaged in the post the seller can claim off RM if they have cert of posting.
Was the packaging damaged? If so keep packaging for the seller's claim.
You can send photos of the damage to the item (and packaging) to your seller.
It may be that the seller has misdescribed an item - ie selling an incomplete item.
It's always best to give the seller a chance to sort out any issues - it might be a genuine mistake.
If you don't get a satisfactory response you can always open a dispute with Paypal - within 45 days. You'll be required to return item trackable at your own expense.
Don't leave any feedback until all has been resolved. You can then judge your overall experience of the transaction by how the sellers have handled the problems.
No need to feel awful - the sellers have your money and you have items that are not as described. Any good seller will be willing to refund or part refund to come to a compromise.
Hope you get it sorted.0
