Ebay listing removed - Trademark violataion?!?!?!

OnlyWay - like most things eBay, nothing is too straightforward! It depends on factors such post offences, particular policy that's been violated and also whether the member is a Power Seller (and what level).
You will notice on your seller dashboard there's a box called 'policy compliance' - this will show whether you've been a naughty boy or not. Policy violations are logged here and it's a bit light a traffic light siganl in that if it shows green then you've had no violations, yellow for a minor violation, then amber if you've had a couple more minor ones or a more serious offence and then the last colour is red - that kinda means last chance and then a serious punishment would follow.
To be honest I think that copying another members listing would only be a minor offence in the eyes of ebay....still worth reporting them though.
