Wagon Finance - any ideas

Hi just realised we had a loan with wagon but was 10 years ago, does anyone know if they are still around or have changed names. Also if i request a sar from them would they be able to go back that far. Im getting very addictive to all this, no time for housework now:p

So I take it then this was approx 1999?
If so you still stand a good chance.

Do you remember when this was settled (year)?

hi no cant remember a thing really but have just come across it on a refinance thing from citifinacial in 2001 when we were gonna consolidate existing loans etc. And as we have had our own private cover for last 17 years just wondered if we had it on that loan as well .

Found some info on Companies house, although there are 2 of them, so according to the company number really of who you used, however there is no harm in writing just to the top one ASAP as the other below confirms they are closed.

Hope you get luck with this now, but if they cannot supply anything, they must return your payment with an explanation on a letter.
Remember as well to post by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting and of course keep checking your bank account, if they take this out then you know they should be sorting out the info you require.;)
