rolling contract

Hi my problem is how to get out of this rolling contract that I find myself in. Can I simply say that I am to move today and end the contract give a name of someone who might move in, although this is not actually correct.
They p**s me off the way they suck you into things without you knowing.
Dont want them to dictate to me when I end it cos I no there is the correct way of doing it they just made me so mad.

Better to resolve your specific problem than think about doing something that isn't legal, decent, honest and truthful.
