Anyone have anything positive to say about the CSA????

Well after only a few weeks I have had the 1st payment into my bank which i didn't expect to get, only £5 a week for now, though it's something and it didn't take too long as they still had my case open from a couple of years ago when I had to claim benefits for 3 months and they automatically get involved. Fingers crossed it will continue to run smoothly

Hi I have nothing but praise and gratitude for my csa caseworker at Dudley, she has taken just no more than 9 weeks from when they first contacted my ex partner to when i recieved my first payment, admittedly most of payments will go to sos but that extra £20 a week will come in very usefull. She kept me in the loop at all times and rung me every week from what I can remember to give me an update I know thats not the case for everyone but was for me
